Walnut Ink

The result of three days' toil and three hundred walnuts from one Black Walnut tree in Ventura County. This ink, made from the husks of black walnuts, November rainwater, alcohol, and railroad spike rust, has a bit of acacia gum added for a smooth writing and painting feel. Walnut ink is a powerful dye, and our homemade ink is suitable for wood antiquing, painting, ink sketching, and dip pen calligraphy.
